Ungava Tulattavik Health Center

SBRAND STRATEGY / GRAPHIC DESIGN / WEB DEVELOPMENT / VIDEO Production

Working in Quebec’s Far North is not for everyone. That explains why the Ungava Tulattavik Health Center has difficulty finding and, subsequently, retaining its personnel. However, thanks to Beauvoir’s well-crafted brand strategy and creative platform, applicants from the South will now be able to better understand what the Center has to offer professionally and what life in the North entails on a personal level. The same goes for applicants from the North who, as a result of the website’s comprehensive information, will be better able to appreciate Ungava Tulattavik Health Center’s unique work offer and environment.

This brand strategy and creative platform were deployed during the website overhaul. The website’s new version was designed in order to make UTHC’s health services information more accessible to users. The user experience of the careers section of the website was reviewed to better present Ungava Tulattavik Health Center’s job offerings to healthcare professionals from the South, and to make these professionals aware of the perks and pleasures associated with life in northern Quebec.

Following the development of a recruitment advertising campaign for the South of Quebec, Beauvoir’s team flew to Kuujjuaq in order to record video and photographic material that was used to create a video that is available in two versions, i.e. a short 15-second version for social medias and a longer, one-minute, version for the website.

Beauvoir also produced two testimonial videos featuring Ungava Tulattavik Health Center employees in order to offer an authentic view of everyday life up North. These videos are posted on the website and will be used for recruitment campaigns.

More conventional media, such as job advertising posters in English and Inuktitut, are also used in the North.
